My Story
How I Got Here
I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most powerful and beautiful things about women. I believe that birth is one of the most innate abilities we have as women. It is bold, empowering, and transformative. My journey into studying birth began the way it does for many; with the pregnancy and birth of my own child. Since then I have had an incredible home birth that was extremely empowering and inspiring. As a Professional Doula, I am privileged to help women and their partners make these experiences as enjoyable, positive, and healthy as possible. I am so proud and honored to support the women of central Iowa.

As a Professional Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your family with care, understanding, evidence based information, and support; throughout, during, and after the birthing process.
